BitTorrent really shares!

File sharing programs are always telling us to keep our files open, even after they’re finished downloading. Without us to share, there would be no files to download. I never really believed this, but thought that maybe they had this one massive server somewhere with all of the files in the world. Yes, a super-server. Stupid, but I guess I wasn’t thinking. Which is pretty much what being stupid means. =/

Anyway, Eliott and I have proved that BitTorrent really works. I had to smudge out the ips, but take my word for it.

And the file was a music video, so it wasn’t like downloading illegal movies and music. Because I don’t do that kind of stuff. =P

Thank goodness for the 4-day weekend!

I’m feeling very, very productive. This afternoon, I sent off my UNC application. Yes, the entire thing. I spent the entire day Saturday writing the essays, and then Grant helped a lot by fixing them up and pointing out certain stuff. Definitely a big thanks to him. And so, my application is sent, and the next two are not due until December.

Did I mention that I hate collegeboard? Thieving rascals, them!

And in the spirit of keeping in shape during the winter (because I tend to eat a lot more when it’s cold), I’ve started exercising with weights. Haha, they’re not real weights. Just full bottles of detergent. =)

And while Nov. 2 is the election and that’s really important and stuff…even more importantly… RELIENT K’s MMHMM CD IS OUT! WOOT WOOT!
