RSS is a Rocking Super Star

I never quite understood why Eliott was so into RSS feeds. Now I know. Yay to no longer having to keep refreshing multiple sites…although Safari did make it very easy to. But definitely, RSS is cool, and so is Atom. I don’t really understand any of it, but hey–it works for me, and that’s all that matters. And now I can know when gallery is updated without having to check individual dates in each and every album!

And now back to that horrendous process I like to call “college essays and apps.”

Coveting

The new iPod Photo is really sick. Color screen, increased battery life and space, and you can view pictures on it too!

I think to myself, “Dan, wouldn’t that be so much cooler if it was in your hand?” But that’s the thing–this stuff will always continually be getting better and better… and I can’t have everything I want. Unless I’m really rich. But otherwise… I’m content with what I already have.

Life is still good

So this week has only been almost as bad as I thought. It’s still pretty bad… and I’m still procrastinating a lot. Not good. But I find a lot of encouragement in the following things:

May 20- Last day of school for ME
May 27- Official last day of school for seniors, and prom
June 1- Graduation ceremony

And since graduation is June 1, that let’s me go to a certain wedding in Cali on June 4th… rather than go and come back and waste money like that. That is so hot.

Randomness: I like the topics for college essays, but writing them is proving harder than I previosuly thought. And Relient K is really good. Check out their site for their new songs. I can’t wait until I get my autographed copy of Mmhmm.
